  1. 1. How long does Biddaan take to set up?

    Biddaan typically goes live in 48 hours. We import your students, classes, and fee structure, configure your subdomain, and run a 30-minute onboarding session. Your coaching center is operating on Biddaan from the next day.

  2. 2. Will my own branding show?

    Yes. On Pro and Ultimate plans you get a white-label student portal — yourcoaching.biddaan.com carries your logo, colors, and brand name. Students and parents see your platform, not Biddaan's.

  3. 3. What if students can't pay online?

    No problem. Alongside online payments, you can record cash collections in the system. Even when parents pay at the counter or via a bKash agent, your admin dashboard tracks it — receipts can be printed.

  4. 4. Is my data secure?

    Yes. Your student data lives on encrypted servers in Bangladesh — never on foreign clouds. You can export data anytime (CSV/Excel), and on cancellation a backup is retained for 30 days before deletion.

  5. 5. Is there a free trial?

    No self-serve free trial. We run a customized demo for every coaching center — with your real data and fee structure. Fill out the demo form and we'll be in touch within 24 hours.

  6. 6. How many students does Biddaan support?

    Starter supports 100 students, Pro 500, and Ultimate is unlimited. Our largest customer, Fahad's Tutorial, runs 7 lakh+ students on the platform. Scaling is not a concern.

  7. 7. Is migrating from WhatsApp + Excel painful?

    No. We parse your Excel sheets and manually import student lists from WhatsApp groups. Migration completes within 48 hours. We have a guide titled "Migrate from WhatsApp to Biddaan in 48 hours."

  8. 8. How do parents receive SMS notifications?

    Auto-SMS goes to parents on attendance, exam results, fee dues — any event, in Bengali. Bulk rates supported. You can also plug in your own SMS gateway if you already have a contract.

  9. 9. How do live classes work?

    Biddaan integrates with Zoom. You schedule classes in Biddaan, students join Zoom directly from the Biddaan portal. Recordings auto-upload and attendance is tracked. You'll need your own Zoom account.

  10. 10. What happens if I cancel?

    No long-term contract. Monthly subscription — cancel any month. On cancellation you can export all data as CSV, and we retain a 30-day backup.
