Student fee collection software for dues, partial payments and reminders
Which student has paid which month, who has paid part of a fee and who still owes, the system keeps every record. Reminder SMS for due fees go out on their own before the deadline, and a payment slip for every collection is one click away. No more awkward conversations about fees.

Collecting fees takes more time and attention than anything else
In most coaching centres the monthly fee records live in a ledger or an Excel file. One student pays the full month, another pays half and promises the rest later, a third pays two months at once. Every payment is written down by hand, every receipt is written by hand, and at the end of the month someone sits down to work out who still owes how much.
The most uncomfortable job is asking for due fees. Just finding out whom to call takes time, and then the same conversation has to be repeated again and again. Teachers do not like raising fees in front of a student either. And when the records are wrong, a student who has already paid gets reminded, which is embarrassing for the institution.
The more students and batches you have, the harder these records get. With admission fees, monthly fees, exam fees and individual discounts all mixed together, you do not find out in time how much was collected in a month and how much is still outstanding. That leaves the institution unsure about its own cash flow.

In Biddaan, fee collection runs by the rules, on its own
Exact records of dues and partial payments
Several months can be paid in one transaction, with a partial payment on the last month. Each month is colour-coded as paid, partially paid or unpaid. The system blocks a partial payment on a later month while an earlier month is still unpaid.
Automatic reminder SMS for due fees
Reminder SMS for due fees go out to the student's or guardian's mobile on schedule before the payment deadline, and a confirmation SMS goes out when a fee is paid. You can write the template for each type of SMS yourself.
A payment slip for every collection
A payment slip can be downloaded or printed directly from any fee collection record. Students can also download their own receipt from Payment History in their portal.
Online gateways and manual payments
Turn on one or more of SSLCommerz, bKash Merchant and ShurjoPay, and students pick the one that suits them. Fees taken by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, cash or bank transfer can be recorded as manual payments.
Coupon and discount management
Create coupons to boost admissions when a new batch starts or during a festival, as a percentage or a fixed discount, with an expiry date. An admin setting also limits how many students can use each coupon. A discount can also be given while collecting a due fee.
Offline admission and admission fees
Enter the profile, contact details and course of a student who enrolls in person at your office. Admission fees, monthly fees and additional fees such as exam fees are collected in the same records.
Before and now
How this feature works
Set up courses and fees
Give each course its admission fee and monthly fee. The admission fee is optional, and you can add extra fees such as exam or materials fees when needed.
Enroll students
Students can enroll by paying online from the student portal, or you can enter a student who enrolls in person at your office. Manually enrolled students can complete their payment online later.
Collect fees, hand over slips
Take fees through an online gateway or a manual method, in full or in part. A confirmation SMS goes out as soon as a fee is paid, and the payment slip can be printed or downloaded.
Let the system follow up on dues
Reminder SMS for due fees go out on their own before the deadline. See how much each course collected in the Payment Overview and financial reports.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can students pay a monthly fee in part?
Yes. Several months can be paid together, and the last selected month can be paid in part. Each month is colour-coded as paid, partially paid or unpaid, and the system does not accept a partial payment on a later month while an earlier month is still unpaid.
Which payment methods can we use to collect fees?
Online, you can turn on the SSLCommerz, bKash Merchant and ShurjoPay gateways; when more than one is active, students choose. Beyond that, admins can record fees taken by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, cash or bank transfer as manual payments.
How are due fee reminders sent?
Reminder SMS for due fees go out to the student's or guardian's mobile on schedule before the payment deadline, and the template for each type of SMS can be changed. Every day, AI also drafts reminder messages for students with outstanding dues. You can also send a bulk SMS to parents with overdue fees.
Can we offer admission offers or discounts?
Yes. You can create coupons with a percentage or fixed discount and an expiry date, which helps when promoting a new batch or a festival offer. An admin setting limits how many students can use each coupon. A separate discount can also be given while collecting a due fee, and it shows in the payment breakdown.
How do I record fees for a student who enrolls at the office?
Enroll the student manually by entering their profile, contact details and course, then collect the admission and monthly fees. The payment slip can be printed directly. The dashboard can show online and manual enrollments separately.
